Goal
Inventory org are assigned to costing organization by using "Configure Cost Accounting Using Quick Setup"
1. If user have to Add new costing Org and want to assign Inventory, how user can do it as "Implement" is Grayed Out
2. If Inventory Org which is assigned to current costing org and user wants to assign that new Inventory Org, How user can do that, as there is no option showing for de-linkage of Inventory Org from Costing org.
