Symptoms

In RPCS(Retail Pricing Cloud Service),When attempting to perform price change using RPM_PRICE_CHANGE_INDUCTION batch the following error occurs.

INVALID_LOCATION

 Steps To Reproduce:
1. Upload Price change xml file
2. Execute RPM_PRICE_CHANGE_INDUCTION batch and observer INVALID_LOCATION Error in RPM_SVC_PRICE_CHANGE table.
