ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While Running the seeded report "Tax Reconciliation Report" by selecting the Parameters Tax reporting type and Tax Reporting Code the report is not fetching any data , whereas when the report is executed without selecting the two parameters Tax Reporting Type & Code then the report fetches data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the report to return the correct information, as per parameters values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Tax Reconciliation Report
3. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
