Goal

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Manage Contract Billing

Projects Cost based Billing: Bill by accounting period

Using cost based billing within Projects.
For example: Billing is by Expenditure Item Date.
Instead of this the user would like to bill by the accounting period. i.e one bill per month for all the transactions that hit the GL for that month.
Could you please advise how this could be done?
