On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to loading new hires using the Worker HDL file, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The legislation doesn't exist.
Confirmed that the setup involving the Legal Employer or LE, Business Unit, and other workforce structure object records are associated with the correct Legislation Code
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load new hires using the Worker HDL file
2. Encounter the error message above
3. Confirm that the Legal Employer or LE, Business Unit, and other workforce structure object records are associated with the correct Legislation Code
