Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Define Project Plan & Schedule
Error in project budget approval
ERROR
The approval workflow has errors. The project application administrator can view the details on the Transaction Console page and correct the errors.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is getting below error when he click on approval icon , for a specific project budget
"The approval workflow has errors. The project application administrator can view the details on the Transaction Console page and correct the errors."
2. Transaction Console error:Issue Description : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: groovy.lang.GroovyRuntimeException, msg=Ambiguous method overloading for method java.math.BigDecimal#minus. Cannot resolve which method to invoke for [null] due to overlapping prototypes between: [class java.lang.Character] [class java.lang.Number]
Resolution : Contact Oracle Support with the detailed diagnostic log fault message and request them to work with Project Financial Plan Approval product area team to resolve this issue.
