Logfile /tmp/ws_api.log Grows Because Of The Monitoring Agent.

Symptoms
When monitoring Oracle Database and OVM Manager using the OMC Cloud Agent, notice a large log-file in /tmp directory, that is constantly growing:
[xxxxx@xxxxx tmp]$ ls -alh /tmp | grep log
drwxrwxrwx 4 oracle dba 4.0K Nov 26 19:54 veeam_plugin_logs
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 188M May 6 13:55 ws_api.log
-rw-r----- 1 oracle dba 0 May 6 13:52 ws_api.log.lck
The log-file contains following records, that are constantly written there (several times per minute)
