Fusion Global Payroll : HCM Extract Data Model Change Impact After 22A Upgrade (Doc ID 2876147.1)

When customer runs their extract, data snapshot generated by this HCM Extract in the table of “pay_action_information” is not populated as expected after 22B patch
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the application
2. Navigate to Submit Extracts > Submit any Payroll Extract in Full mode
3. Notice that the extracts runs successfully
4. When custom BI reports are executed the report output is not showing the desired result as no data is there  in pay_action_information table.
