ACTUAL BEHAVIOR 
---------------

The Payroll Relationship Group does not show up in the list of values when submitting the HCM Extract.
The Payroll Relationship Group shows up in the list of values when submitting the Calculate Payroll process.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Created a dynamic payroll object group of type 'Payroll Relationship Group'.
2. The created object group is available in the LOV while submitting the Calculate Payroll Process
3. Navigate to run the HCM extract
4. The newly created object group is missing from the LOV while submitting the HCM Extract
