Symptoms

DCA - NIL_DETAIL_R is not processing the full data set provided in the ITEM_RANGING.zip

When processing the ITEM_RANGING entity, the number of records provided in the NIL_DETAIL_R.dat file is not being processed into the ITEM_LOC table as expected.

It seems to be failing to load records beyond approx 200k lines. There is no obvious difference between the lines from those that are imported and those that are not.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Place ITEM_RANGING.zip file on SFTP
2. Run ITEM_RANGING Entity
3. The second half of the lines in the file are not loaded
