Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

Outlook integration broken after client changed all their user's email address domain

Customer changed there email address domain for all their users from @abc.com to @xyz.com and since then the outlook integration has stopped working.

Side panel shows this error on opening: 'The user is already associated with another account. (ZPS_365-5685024)'.
