Fusion Global HR: 22A – Local and Global Transfer Post Approval Is Throwing “NullPointerException:null”

Symptoms
After successfully doing a Local and Global Transfer, the post approval notification does not open, it keeps loading for minutes and no details are displayed.
As an administrator, when opening the Oracle Analytics Catalog and trying to run the report for the transaction ID getting, first it says “Loading”, then “Processing….. To cancel, click here”.
After some minutes of processing, it fails with the error :
User requester cancel operation.” XMLPGEN-03111: User requested cancel operation…
If opening the Data Model and run the queries for the same Transaction ID the following error occurs:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups> Local and Global Transfer> User transfers an employee successfully.
2. Open the notification which keeps loading and the output is blank.
3. Log in as an admin navigate to Shared Folder/Human Capital Management/ Workflow notifications/ LocalAndGlobalTransferPostApproval > enter transaction_id = 300000013474926> and First it says “Loading”, then “Processing….. To cancel, click here”. After some minutes of processing, it fails with the error “User requester cancel operation.” XMLPGEN-03111: User requested cancel operation…
4. Running the data model for the same transaction throws the error: NullPointerException:null
