OMC: APM Page Error Message While Selecting Graph - Internal Server Error 500 (Doc ID 2878093.1)

Symptoms

OMC APM > Pages view

Select display duration of 5 hours, a vertical graph in "view and error" is displayed at 20-minute intervals. In this case, a warning displays: "All aspects of the page do not render properly due to errors."
Select "Show Errors" displays "Internal Server Error 500"and the graph is not visible.

If a display duration of 2 hours is selected, a vertical graph in "view and error" is displayed at 10-minute intervals. In this case, exact number of page views are displayed.
