When users select to Print Certificate, the certificate does not load and returns a blank page.

Selecting to edit the Completion Certificate Report in BI Publisher returns the following error:

Invalid characters(',!,#,$,%,^,&,*,+,',|,;,\",\\,<,>,?,,,/)
