Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Selecting 'Print Certificate' Returns a Blank Page (Doc ID 2878260.1)

When users select to Print Certificate, the certificate does not load and returns a blank page.

Selecting to edit the Completion Certificate Report in BI Publisher returns the following error:

Invalid characters(',!,#,$,%,^,&,*,+,',|,;,\",\\,<,>,?,,,/)
