Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the service request page when selecting CTI to open the live window a blank page is seen with the text 'No active tabs'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the user can login to CTI
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion
2. Navigate to Service request page
3. Select the icon for CTI.
4. Blank page is displayed with 'No active tabs' text

The problem started after the 22B update
