Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Approvals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approval Notification is not getting open to Approve by the Project Manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Approval Notification is getting open to Approve by the Manager.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import timecards from OTL into Project Costs in 22B .
2. Approve costs - In this process Approval of the Project Manager is required. After submitted for Approval, the manager couldn't open the notification to approve the Cost. The issue started after 22B Upgrade.
