SIOCS User Role Create Option Disabled to the Initial Customer Service Administrator User (Doc ID 2878535.1)

Goal

You have the following IDCS application roles assigned to User A OCI  IAM (Identity > Domains > Default domain > Oracle Cloud Services > RGBU_SIOCS_<ENVTYPE>_EICS > Application Roles):

 

all_users

full_permission

admin_users

batch_users

global_store_users

mps_users

security_users



However, you am not able to assign the SIOCS application roles to this user in the SIOCS webclient. Security > User Assignment > User A > Roles).

"Create New" button is grayed out.
