Goal
Creating a new Fusion Application in IDCS, when testing the application, it returns the following error on the screen:
There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support
and in the IDCS logs, it returns the following error:
The application "<application name> - Oracle Fusion Applications Release 13" is not a SAML Service Provider
