Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The email notification not being sent on order creation (Agent setup)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email notification must be fired

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order
2. Check if notification is sent or not
3. Notification not received

Using cloud default sender: noreply@mail.otmgtm.me-jeddah-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com
