Goal
In a situation where there are users on an Oracle Content Management Cloud repository with only a 'viewer' role, and the users have not been added to a publishing channel, those users will still see UI buttons to publish/unpublish assets. When users like this attempt to unpublish an asset, they're shown an error message.
Because this behavior may lead to confusion, We'd like to request options for customizing the asset view based on custom roles. The feature could be fulfilled by hiding certain buttons/actions, or showing them as 'disabled', or showing a dialog alert when they're clicked that would state that the button only functions for user with the appropriate roles. This sort of feature should be separate from their actual access to the rest of Oracle Content Management.
