ADF_FACES_60097 Error While Editing Price Changes

Symptoms
The user cannot edit the price changes and gets an ADF error while editing price changes.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Login into the RPCS application
2. Go to Task and manage price open price change
3. Search the price changes containing multiple items in it.
4. search the item in the price change screen, which needs to be edited, then edit and save it.
5. then try the same process again. Search the item in the search box. Then an ADF error will pop up.
