While Importing Contract and Party Contacts the Following Error Occurs: "A matching record of type OKC_PARTY_CONTACT_SOURCES can't be found ... " (Doc ID 2880190.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

While importing Contract Header and Contract Party Contacts the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

1. A matching record of type OKC_PARTY_CONTACT_SOURCES can't be found using the value of the attribute CONTACT_ROLE_CODE provided, or the matching record isn't active. Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it isn't active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.
2. A matching record of type can't be found using the value of the attribute party_contact_name provided, or the matching record isn't active. Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it isn't active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import the ContractHeader and ContractPartyContact
2. Observe the error occurring
