Fusion Global HR: Transactions Are Not Listed Under "Approvals" Icon (Doc ID 2880269.1)

Goal

Transactions are showing in Bell Icon (BPM Worklist) but in Tools >> Approvals icon, no transactions are showing.

Also, ran the Synchronize Notifications in Global Header process, but still same issue.
