Symptoms
SAEXPRMS_CYCLE_JOB is keep failing with below errors.
saexprms_7~xxxxxxxxx~populateArrays~sa_tran_tax~-1476~ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero~CURSOR FETCH: cursor=c_sa_tran_tax_gts
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload RTLog having 0 sales unit-value and the taxes also 0.
2. Run saimptlog ReSA batches.
3. Run saexprms JOB notice that it fails with "1476~ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero~CURSOR FETCH: cursor=c_sa_tran_tax_gts" error.
