Symptoms

The APEX calendar for Spanish language shows the month of December incorrectly.


When attempting to update any row with the date in December, the following error occurs:
Date does not match the DD-MON-YYY format


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the application
2. Update the Date column to any date in December.
3. Click on the save button
