Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SR page is showing the wrong default subtab

The customer has configured the Messages subtab as the default subtab when opening an existing Service Request. However, even after configuring the Default subtab in the page, the Summary subtab is displayed as default.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Messages subtab should be displayed as the default.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate a sandbox
2. Go to Application Composer
3. Edit the SR details page layout
4. Edit the Default Subtab and set it to Messages
5. Save
6. Open an existing SR
