Unable to Lock/Freeze the Form POV. It Can Still be changed.

Symptoms
Trying to change the POV of the forms but the changes after saving is not having any impact.
For example, trying to freeze the Scenario in the form to "Forecast", it is still displaying all the scenarios available as dropdown
For example, select only the Level 0 member "Forecast" as the only option for the Scenario dimension, it is still enabling the member selector and that is displaying all the scenarios available
Expectation: select ONE member in POV then the POV on the top of the form is to be greyed out and cannot be changed
