Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding Constraints, the "Hour" Field defaults back to 00:00 after defining the time constraint.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When adding Constraints, the "Hour" Field would default to start or finish time based on applied calendar and relationships when defining the constraint.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add constraint with time other than 00:00 to any activity.
2. Select anything other than that activity then go back to observe the entered constraint => constraint time is now 00:00.
