On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

How to make the field like issuing comments to appear in the compact view of DOR ?

My Client Group>Person Management >Query for Person Number>>Person and Employemnt> Document Records
User wants to view Issuing comments in both the compact and expanded view. currently it is visible only on clicking on 'view more details'
