ROU amount in case of the migrated lease is not getting accepted when there is no liability remaining

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lease Accounting
2. Add Backdate Lease and Informing Finance Right of Use Amount
3. Perform Validate Lease
