Purpose

 

An Oracle Retail Data Store subscription is composed of two parts:

Customers have an option of creating service request in the MOS Customer Portal or the MOS Customer Cloud Portal against either product. This document provides guidelines on how to reports issues to Oracle Support to ensure they are routed to the appropriate Support team.
