Symptoms
- Approval Unit doesn't have a owner for current period.
- Approval unit has "Ambiguous user" error for current period of the current year.
- Approval unit has "invalid location" error for prior periods in the same year that are locked.
- Approval Units for all the prior years that has all periods locked is replaced with another service administrators ID as the owner.
Changes
- Approval unit original owner's ID is disabled due to business requirement.
