Symptoms
In configuration, on text field attributes, only values of 256 characters in length or fewer are able to be saved to the attribute if the Display Type setting is set to "Text." If a recommendation rule attempts to set a value larger than 256 characters in length, there will be no error message, but the value will not be saved to the attribute.
Changes
The environment was upgraded to version 22C or later.
