Adding Pictures Into Clause Text Works Inconsistently (Doc ID 2883224.1)

Symptoms

When we insert a picture that is copied directly from a source using the Copy/Paste functionality (e.g., Right Click Copy/Paste, CTRL + C/V) into a downloaded Terms Template (.docx) the image will not appear in Terms Template UI after it is uploaded nor in the DRAFT PDF, however when you re-download (.docx) it is there.  


Alternately, if they use an image capture tool (e.g., Snip & Sketch, Snipping Tool, Snag It, etc.) to capture the image and paste it into the downloaded Terms Template (.docx) and uploads, it appears in Terms Template UI and DRAFT PDF (attached).  It is also there if they re-download (.docx) as above.
