To understand the default sort order which is applied when going to "Advanced Search" in the Directory.

For example:

Go to Me/Directory
Click in search bar, and choose "Advanced Search"
In the "Job filter, enter a job - eg. Support Manager
It will show a list of people who have the job "Support Manager"
It shows Sort By: Default - what is the default order, what criteria are the results sorted on.
