ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Payroll Calculation generates following error (negative gross) when a taxable benefit is refunded and there are no earnings.

The Total Gross Payments For This Employee Are Negative.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Calculate Payroll
2. See above error
