Symptoms

Custom BI Report is failing with following error when ran online and scheduled. 

Error Online:

Excel operation timed out after -777252 seconds

Error Schedule: 

Error getting report data
oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.dataengine.datasource.plugin.DataAccessException: Excel operation timed out after -777252 seconds

Changes

Set query time out value in data model properties to a huge value 360000000 seconds.
