Essbase 21c : Error While Copying Essbase DB. "ERROR - 1242093 - Cannot copy databases between applications that are encrypted using different keys." (Doc ID 2883736.1)

Symptoms

1. Receiving below Error while making a copy of an Essbase application/database using MAXL. This application was imported from earlier Essbase Marketplace Version.

Error:

ERROR message: ERROR - 1242093 - Cannot copy databases between applications that are encrypted using different keys.

Making a copy of an Application/Database from Essbase UI works fine.

2.  After importing an application by LCM tools between different Essbase installations(i.e. export App from Essbase for development, import it to Essbase for production), and then copy the database from the imported application to the existed application, you will get the following error:

"ERROR:1242093 Cannot copy databases between applications that are encrypted using different keys"

This issue happens on both MaxL command and Essbase Web Interface.
