Business Object Rules Tab Is Missing In VBCS Application (Doc ID 2884184.1)

Symptoms

Not able to see the Business Rule option in Business Object.

While importing the VBCS app which includes a few Business Rules throws the below error.

Error:"[Client UUID: xxxx][ECID Headers: Not present]: The network or server is currently not available so your changes could not be synchronized with the server. Please check for outages and then click Retry when the problem is resolved. Error: Failed to fetch".

Also, Noticed the same error while creating a new BO.
