ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Update for qc_ind is not done through soap web service.
When trying to update qc_ind for a particular supplier through soap web service the qc_ind did not get updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
qc_ind should update
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login into Soap UI.
2. Pick one supplier from MFCS DEV Instance .Change qc_ind column to Y against a supplier.
3. Process the payload. After successful processing, check MFCS.
