ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The accounting Hub process has a very poor performance when Creating Accounting process is executing for about 3 million records, for these volume is taking about 3 hours.
The best practices had been followed to create the accounting rules.
The recommendations on document "Tips and Recommendation to improve Create Accounting program Performance (Doc ID 2654147.1)" had been also followed
The recommendations on document "Tips To Improve Performance For Main Fusion General Ledger Programs (Doc ID 1404390.1)" had been also followed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the header and lines template, having one header and close to 1 Million lines
2. Upload the file and run Create Accounting
