Be able to search by attribute/field Outcome.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a negotiation with attribute/field Outcome = value
2. Go to Manage Negotiations > Search , press Advanced Button, add field Outcome
Notice that Outcome list of values is not retrieved
3. Enter a valid Outcome value in Outcome field
for example
contains value
or
starts with value
Search does not bring results

Search by values:

 'Purchase Order' or

'Blanket Purchase Agreement' or

'Contract Purchase Agreement'

works .
