Symptoms

OAC Profile showing another user's first name and last name

As part of the FAW implementation users setup in Fusion Applications have been Sync'd / Federated for use in FAW.

One user's First Name and Last Name shows for another user instead of the logged in user under Profile.

This issue only occurs in DV.
If you goto: Classic Home>My Profile > My Account correct User ID and Display Name show so the issue does not happen in Classic.
