Getting Error while saving the Tax Registration Number (TRN) "NL...B34" for a customer with country NL
This is a valid VAT/registration number but still oracle is not accepting it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables > Billing > Customer > Account
2. Populate the Tax registration number
3. Save
