Symptoms
Customer Order POs created from FULFILORDER api always creates sup_addr_seq_no as : 1. It should behave similar to GUI how it generates the sup_addr_seq_no by referring the ADDR table data for supplier.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer order through API.
2. Notice that in ORDHEAD table for SUPP_ADDR_SEQ_NO is always populates as 1.
