Required Privileges To Import Incentive Currency Conversions Rates (Doc ID 2885440.1)

Symptoms

User is trying to give non IC Admin users access to run "Import Currency Conversion Rates" without having access to other tasks like Manage Transactions, Manage Credits, and Manage Earnings.

STEPS:
1. Create custom role with privileges
    Security Console > Create Role
          Role Name : XX IC Import Rates
          Role Code : XX_IC_IMPORT_RATES
          Role Category : IC - Job Roles
          Add Function Security Policies ( Privilege ) :
                1) Manage Incentive Compensation Currency Conversions CN_MANAGE_INCENTIVE_COMPENSATION_CURRENCY_CONVERSIONS_PRIV
                2) Manage File Import and Export FND_MANAGE_FILE_IMPORT_AND_EXPORT_PRIV ( Gives access to upload to UCM UI )
                3) Manage Incentive Compensation Credit and Earnings Processes CN_MANAGE_INCENTIVE_COMPENSATION_CREDITEARNINGS_PROCESSES_PRIV
          Create Data Security Policies :
                Policy Name = XX_IC_CURRENCY_DATA_POLICY
                          Database Resource = Incentive Compensation Currency
                          Conversion Rate ( Description = Converts one currency to another, for example, 0.56 converts USD to EURO. )
                          Data Set = All Values
                          Actions = All
          Add Role Membership :
                 Upload data for Incentive Compensation Currency Exchange Rates IC_INCENTIVECOMPENSATIONCURRENCYEXCHANGERATES_IMPORT_RWD ( Gives access to the account )

2. Assign custom role to user

3. User run the "Import Currency Conversion Rates" from Tools > Scheduled Processes but it ERRORS
