Symptoms

Matching Scores on the Threshold value are not alerting.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to real time screening.
2. Provide the necessary details.
3. Select Jurisdiction as Default.
4. Matches shown on the UI.
5. Select Jurisdiction as AMEA for the same details.
Expected result:

Matches should be shown on the UI.

Actual result:
Matches are generating.
