Symptoms

Salesprocess job fails with below error.

Error: @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_STAKE_PROD_LOC) violated@2UPDATE_SNAPSHOT_SQL.INSERT_STAKE_PROD_LOC

Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------
1. Make sure there is a open stock count.
2. Load Sales transaction for Merch hierarchy/Store combination that does not exist in STAKE_PROD_LOC.
3. Note the salesprocess job fails with above error.
