Symptoms

Non-Stock holding location COInvAvail message is published from MFCS to RIB-ROB. However, the non-stock holding location is unavailable in OCC/OROB, and the message fails in ROB-RIHA.

Why is the COInvAvail message published for non-stock holding locations?

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------

1. Make sure PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS is configured from MFCS system options UI as below
UNIQUE_SYSTEM_CODE = '901STORE'
PUB_STORE_ATS_UPD = 'Y'
2. Update OMS_IND='Y' in PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS table
3. Update test store data as below
STORE.STOCKHOLDING_IND = 'N'
CUSTOMER_ORDER_LOC_IND = 'Y
ONLINE_STORE_IND = 'Y'
4. Make sure the Tran level test item sellable indicator is set to 'Y'
5. Stop COInvAvail publisher from RIBforRMS & RIBforROB
  It's ok if RIBforROB is not configured for this testing
6. Create Stock In Inventory Adjustment from MFCS UI for selected item and location
7. Check that INV_ADJ records are populated
8. Check that ITEM_LOC_SOH is updated for selected Item/Store
9. Check the SOH update record is populated in the ITEM_LOC_SOH_MFQUEUE table
This is incorrect. It should not populate for nonstockholding store
10. Continue the below steps if RIBforROB is installed
11. Start COInvAvail publisher from RIBforRMS
12. A Message can be viewed from JMS Monitor
13. Start COInvAvail publisher in RIBforROB
