UNIT COST Comes as Zero in ITEM_LOC Payload While the Actual Cost Is Non-Zero (Doc ID 2885810.1)

Symptoms

In ITEM_LOC Payload UNIT_COST value comes as zero in Retail Integration Bus (RIB) while the actual cost is more than zero.

However, RIB XSD for cost has a definition like "The current corporate unit cost for the item in the location's currency. This field will only be used to establish the item\supplier\country\loc unit cost; it cannot be modified".


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Navigate Manage Items - > Search item for an Item - -> More Action -- > Locations -- > Add
2. Range the Item for a location and unit cost non-zero value for a non-zero supplier.
3. Click on Save and Close button
4. Check the RIB Payload for the unit cost value of the item.
